Vitamin A:

Vitamin A is essential for the growth and development of cells, and it also keeps skin healthy.

Topical application of Vitamin A to your skin really makes a visible difference. Studies have shown that topically applying the vitamin has benefits for acne control, decreased lines and wrinkles, as well as relief from psoriasis, which makes it a remarkable vitamin for your skin!

Vitamin B:

Vitamin B7 (Biotin) is necessary for cell growth. Vitamin B3 (Niacin) repairs moisture, and promotes cell turnover. Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) is a great vitamin for the skin that heals wounds and moisturizes.

Vitamin C:

]]> Sophia Loren was voted the world’s most naturally beautiful person. When she was asked to share her secrets, Sophia Loren attributed her natural beauty to “a love of life, and the odd bath in virgin olive oil.” The practice of bathing in olive oil dates back to her Roman ancestors.

Sophia Loren has never had plastic surgery. Early in her career, she was urged to have her nose done, but she declined, and she has continued to reject the notion that women must mold themselves to fit some unnatural ideal of beauty.

According to Sophia Loren pineapple allowed her to preserve the beauty and prolong their youth. Sophia Loren eats three times a day with small portions. Every day she drinks a glass of yogurt with a spoonful of brewer’s yeast. She eats every day for one large pineapple. For detoxification every three months Sophia Loren eats only fresh fruit juices and drinks without sugar. She does not smoke, do not consume alcohol.

Sophia Loren exercises every morning for 10 minutes with open window, and usually falls asleep at 9PM and wakes up at 6 am.  Then she gets a cold shower – it keeps the muscle tone and helps preserve the shape of the bust. Sophia Loren also recommends walking in the fresh air.

Here’s a beauty wisdom from Ms. Loren that I find so nice:
“Beauty is how you feel inside, and it reflects in your eyes. It is not something physical.”
